  • Service Not Delivered: If the service was not provided as scheduled due to a fault on our part and no alternative arrangement is made.

  • Unsatisfactory Service: If the service provided does not meet agreed-upon standards and the issue remains unresolved after our attempt to rectify it.

  • Cancellation: If you cancel the service at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.


2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the service has already been completed to your satisfaction.

  • If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • For issues caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., unavailability of the customer at the service location, incorrect service request details).

  • If the problem arises due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications to the equipment.

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
